Fine wine lovers and cocktail aficionados are in for a treat.
Both the menu and the wine/cocktail list have been tweaked to perfection by leading international experts and the BarSu “mixologist” who has earned his stripes by winning awards for his mixing abilities in some of the swankiest bars in the world.
Born in Italy, Filippo Baldan, is a plain drink's worst nightmare. He has created 11 special cocktails especially for BarSu, including the luscious “Thai Dreamer” and exotic “BarSu Oyster Martini”.
Fine wine is never far away with one corner of the club set aside for sipping the wines stored in our temperature controlled display. Refreshingly good value for money is reflected in the prices of our greatest selections.
Complementing the extensive cocktail list is a special selection of European, Antipodean and New World wines with many being exclusive to BarSu.
With the focus on sharing, the new generation of inspired culinary delights will be complemented perfectly with a fruity cocktail or glass of chilled wine.
