BarSu’s eatplaydance concept has been finely tuned. With its cool décor, the club has created a truly relaxing setting in which to enjoy a memorable evening with friends.
 
Step into the club and the visual impact is immediate. The ambience created here is one of pure sophistication. Radiating out from a circular central bar where professional staff blend sensational signature cocktails, each one created by renowned mixologist, Filippo Baldan, BarSu provides a number of distinct areas in which to relax, dine and dance. Alcoves offer intimate spaces to chat privately with friends; a wine area is the perfect place to select and sip a New World favourite or classic tipple from the extensive wine list.
 
Yves Mattagne, a two-star Michelin chef from Belgium has devised an extraordinary menu of gastronomic creations that break new ground in terms of presentation and taste. Guests are invited to fill in a tick the box menu that includes seven tempting selections, cold, warm, BarSu dip, skewers from the grill, crispies fun for two, samplers to share and bar sweets.
 
Prepared in an open kitchen, the devilishly clever dishes deliver some genuine taste sensations. From the cold menu, the tartar of oyster and sea bass, tuna and prawns arrive at the table as delicately filled cones standing upright in ceramic holder; miniature bite-size bouquets of flavour. From the grill, the shrimp kebabs with ginger and coriander bring depth and excitement to familiar flavours while the lamb shish kebab adds a little heat to a seriously cool evening of dining pleasure.
